A dress and cape designed by Luis Estevez for First Lady Betty Ford. The white dress features an eagle print, a high neck, long sleeves, a zipper down the back, and originally a blue belt as well. In addition, the dress is accompanied by a blue, knit cape with the same eagle print lining the inside.
